The Bulgarian Parliament modified the country's child protection bylaw. The new legislature imposes a curfew on juveniles under 18 years of age. The law bans youngsters under the age of 14 and adolescents between 14-18 years of age from public places, after 10 pm. Parents are responsible for the enforcement of the law. The penalty for violation can go up as much as 145 thousand forints.
