Georg Spöttle, German anti-terrorist expert said to the Bors that he was certain that Flores and his friends had been interrogated before shooting them to death. After looking at the pictures, he said there were numerous injuries on the face of Flores that couldn't have been caused by bullets. Also Árpád Magyarosi's hands were tied up with wire.
Georg Spöttle implied that the very fact that Flores was quickly buried and the two bodies have been kept in a morgue without cooling facilities pointing to the above scenario (decomposition makes injuries of torture less noticeable).
After studying the enlarged pictures, Georg Spöttle said that the faces and the other bodily injuries of the victims showed signs of torture. According to Spöttle, the probability is very high that the victims were alive for hours after the security forces raided the hotel.
Before shooting them, police wanted to find out as much information as possible about Flores connections to the Bolivian opposition. The fact that the hotel and its area was closed down for 15 hours implies that the victims were interrogated during that time.
When he was asked why did the police kill rather than arrest them, he said that liquidating them appeared less troublesome from the diplomatic point of view.

It shows how "democratic" the Evo Morales government is.
Or how ignorant, thousand of miles away from Santa Cruz, Georg Spöttle is.
who is georg spottle, is there more evidence on that, either torture or extrajudicial execution?
I agree. He was tortured and shot. That´s the Evo Morales style.
