Előd Tóásó: May 6th diary entry[VIDEO]

As it was reported earlier, Előd Tóásó started writing his prison diary. With the help of his lawyer, he manage to get the notes out of the prision. This is the May 6th diary entry.

Elzárva a világtól csak nagyon kevés hírt kapok a külvilágból. Életem még mindig az elszigeteltek kis helyén, a négy nagy fal közé zárt tíz cellából álló elkülönítőben élem. Enyém az utolsó, a legtávolabbi, a leghidegebb, a legsötétebb és a legnyirkosabb. De nem panaszkodom...
Nekiállok a mindennapos teendőimnek. Kitakarítom egy partvis darabkával a cellám, néha felmosom, ha éppen előtte valaki nem folyatta be a vizet a cella ajtaján, mert akkor csak ki kell sepernem belőle...
Nem sok minden történik velem egy ilyen elzárt helyen,de a mai nap megjött egy indián asszony az őr kísérte és a bejárat előtti rács mögött megállt. Az őr utána előhozta a második szomszédomat Huachot. Aki üdvözölte édesanyját, majd az elébe tett lábosnyi étel előtt, a betonra, ahol a jókora víztócsa feküdt térdre vetette magát és imádkozni kezdett. Miközben a fiú falatozott a lábosból, az édesanyja magához intett egy kókuszreszelékkel megszórt zsemlét, majd egy műanyag pohárban zöldes színű üdítőt töltött. S ahogy előzőleg Huacho-tól hallottam, én is ugyanúgy megköszöntem: "Grasias mama" Köszönöm anyuka. Az indián asszony meglapogatta a kezem, miközben elvettem az élelmiszert és a szemei örökbe fogadtak engem is. Így most, amikor a gyertyát elfújom és aludni térek egy indián édesanyával több a hozzátartozóim száma. Itt, akikre a holnapi nap várhatok. Being locked up, I receive little news from the outside world. I live my life within four walls, in an isolated section of the jail that consists of ten cells. Mine is the last one in the row, the farthest, the coldest, the darkest, and the most humid. But I don't complain...
My every day routine: I clean up the cell with a broken broom, sometimes, I mop it up, if someone doesn't let water in the cell underneath the door, because in that case, I simply mop up the water...
Very little happens in a place like this, but today an Indian woman came in with the prison guard stopping in front of the entrance bars. Then the guard lead Huacho out who is held in a cell next to mine. He welcomed his mother who put a pot in front of him on the concrete floor, then she started praying next to a water puddle. While his son was eating, she made a gesture towards me giving a bun with graded coconut and a plastic cup of green colored juice. The manner, I've heard from Huacho, I said "Grasias mama". Thank you mama. The Indian woman touched my hand as I took the food and I know, she adopted me. Now, that I am blowing out the candle light to go to sleep, I think of this Indian woman as becoming my family member. For whom, I can wait to come again tomorrow. Even if, I know from Huacho that she won't come often.

As it was reported earlier, Előd Tóásó has been held in a Bolivian jail since April.
