BlackPanther Linux is a Hungarian based distribution, made especially for Hungarian speakers.
It has been based on Mandriva Linux and has an RPM based package manager. It comes with kernel, 2.6.29.1 and with the extremely good looking KDE 4.2 desktop environment. And of course, all for free.
The distribution comes with all the necessary programs required for professional office work.
The programs include, a full office suite, OpenOffice 3.1, a graphic program Gimp, a media player like Mplayer; and of course, it comes with Firefox and with the various mailing and chatting utilities. These are just a small set of applications; to see all the available packages visit the distro's homepage here.
For the time being, it is in Hungarian but they have already started translating it into other languages. Under the “Galéria” section, you can see nice screen-shots too.
