This one minute trailer shows all the ingredients of the Hollywood style feature film, produced by the Hungarian regime about the arrest of György Budaházy. It opens with a long traveling shot that might have been borrowed from the Metropolis by Fritz Lang. The lightning is low key, a tad film noir-ish and has some sinister feel to it.
The various aspects of the mise-en-scene perfectly harmonize with the unfolding narrative opening with a lone policeman, in full riot gear walking toward the camera, building up suspense. His movement looks like slow motion picture. The low key lighting scene has a suggesting effect. It has few details, in order not to distract the viewer from the intended message.
The main protagonist, chained and handcuffed, appears with three policemen, dressed up in full riot gear. The camera zooms in on the prisoner's face, only for a short time to prevent reality interfere with the visual development of the plot.
Someone closes the door of the courtroom.
The rest of the trailer shows a random set of cuts that reinforce the message.
Some voice over and the trailer ends.
Not bad. Yet, it has no chance of winning. While stylistically well done the narrative is weak. No excitement, no car chases, no naked women. It is just plain boring, like those art movies of Jancso.
The movie won't have much impact on the target audience, on the sheeple, I mean on the people, but it already galvanized the opposition.
Patriotic organizations are putting aside their differences and rallying behind György Budaházy; even those that disagreed with him. This drive for unity comes in the right time, because the national election is looming.
The regime is on life support. The infusion bottle is in the hands of its global masters; the saltwater is still dripping but there are leaks everywhere. Let's see how long it last.
The genie is out of the bottle; people are waking up and starting organizing themselves on the grassroots level. This might be the beginning of something Hungarians have been waiting for so long--unity. The divide and conquer strategy wearing off and the regime is panicking. It has nothing left to fight with other than intimidation.
Arresting György Budaházy is the last ditch effort of the illegitimate government to scare the crap out of people; but it is too late, an alarming number of people have already woke up and lot more rubbing their eyes.
And this is indeed, a bad news for the regime.

You're right : the arrest of Budahazy comes too late to afraid people of any "nationalist terrorist" danger, but will wake up even more people, and make stronger the unity of the national side against the real terror of the dying regime!
