The fortress of Buda still standing

The signs of the awakening of the Hungarian people are getting more evident on both sides of the border that has been dissecting the physical body of the nation since Trianon. The spiritual renewal becomes more evident with each passing day; this is despite the efforts of satanic forces wanting to destroy national unity among Hungarians. This diabolical potency has already invaded the field of arts, education, religion and in general, the entire cultural sphere of the nation.

Yet, the fortress of Buda is still standing. One small but heartfelt example of the sense of unity and solidarity among Hungarians, took place in the small town of Petrozsény, in Erdély.

Brother Csaba Böjte, a Franciscan monk, runs a small orphanage in the town called “Jézus Szíve Gyermekvédelmi Központ”, with residents as young as 4 years old.

The Alliance of Patriotic Bikers started a donation drive to collect gifts for the orphanage and amazingly, in this extremely hard economic times, they managed to collect hundreds of kilograms of cleaning and washing products, truckloads of clothing, books and toys.

A group of forty bikers took the gifts from Hungary to Petrozsény and by the time, they arrived to town the excitement among the children was enormous. The sweet little angels gathered in the gymnasium and surprised the bikers with a fantastic performances that made the bikers tearful. For the occasion of this exceptional day, the children got special permission to stay up till ten o'clock in the night. During that time, they entertained their big brothers and sisters with poems, tales and stories about their lives in the orphanage. The bikers learned that unlike regular orphanages, here children form small family units. Each “family” consists of ten children (they live like real brothers and sisters) and the supervisor. The supervisor functions as the head of the family and spend all of her time with the children. This is to replicate real family life as closely as possible.

The next day, the bikers and the children attended a mass and at the evening, they said tearful good bye to one other. The tough bikers left the place with heavy hearts and promised that in the spring, they will be back, but this time coming with motorbikes.
