Junior Hungarian karatekas won five medals at 40th European Cadet & Junior Karate Championships in Turkey

Junior Hungarian karatekas won five five medals, including two gold and three bronze at the weekend's European Cadet & Junior Karate Championships in Turkey.

In the junior girls 53 kg category Nógrádi Nicol, and in the Cadets 54 kg category Bousseba Aicha won gold medals. In U21 Csák Klaudia (60 kg) and Győriványi Renáta (59 kg) won bronze medals. In the Cadets category Ardai Bálint (57kg) also won bronze medal.

This is the best ever junior results in the 40-year history of Hungarian karate. By winning five medals Hungary captured the fourth place of the tournament behind Turkey, England and Spain.
