Jobbik wreath laying ceremony at Batthyány Memorial

Friday, March 15, 2013

Earlier, Jobbik canceled the main party event at Deak Square due to the blizzard that wreaks havoc across the country; the party's National Bureau paid tribute to the revolution of 1848 in the afternoon at the Batthyány Memorial. The ceremony has been attended by Robert Winnicki the leader of the Polish National Movement as well.

In the last decades Hungarian society deteriorated to the point where collective freedom and people's personal freedom are at risk.

Hungarian history is a perpetual struggle to preserve independence; those who have been fighting for the freedom of the country have to restore people's individual freedoms and create jobs said Jobbik President Gábor Vona to MTI following the wreath laying ceremony.
