After defeating Charline van Snick of Belgium in the final Csernoviczki said, "I managed to surprise my opponent with a tactical change. One week ago, I had high fever due to an ear infection. Today, I started slowly, but the first two matches reassured me. I dominated the ground fight as well and I am very pleased that after my fourth European Championships finally, I could win. Fans helped a lot too!".
