Tuesday, June 25, 2013

Three Gypsy criminals attacked police officers that caught them red-handed when trying to steal telephone cables Tuesday night. In the scuffle that erupted one gypsy criminal struck one of the police officers in the face with a power cutter.

The officer then shot one of the perpetrators who still could jump into his car trying to flee. However, at a railway crossing a few meters from the crime scene the perpetrators found themselves confronted by police reinforcements arriving to the scene.

One gypsy criminal has been apprehended, and one managed to flee; the wounded police officer and one of the gypsy criminals that suffered gun-shot wound have been taken to hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

Police found 300 meters of stolen telephone cable on the scene that the thieves left behind.
