Most of Győr's basketball players were asleep when their bus collided with a car on Saturday last week

Mansaré Anna Manty survived the accident with minor injuries

"Like most of my teammates I was asleep when the accident happened, so I do not remember anything about it. I don't know exactly what happened. Fortunately, I suffered no serious injuries, so I was able to climb out of the bus through the window. Suddenly, I did not know where I was, I was a little dizzy" recalled the accident Mansaré Anna Manty, who suffered minor injuries in the collision that killed the manager of HAT-AGRO UNI Győr Péter Tapodi and the head-coach of the basketball team Ákos Füzy.

Due to the crash, the bus turned on its side. Club owner Péter Tapodi and head coach Ákos Füzy who lost their lives in the accident sat in the front of the bus. The bus driver suffered neck injury, and he is still in shock because of what happened.

Kinga Pénzes suffered a broken wrist

Everybody injured in the accident; the club's Serbian player Natasa Kovacevic's feet were so severely damaged that her left leg had to be amputated below the knee. Evelin Tullner and American national Samantha Mackay suffered neck injury, in addition, Tullner suffered a broken ankle. Noémi Czirják and Krisztina Kovács suffered spine, Dóra Koch wrist and Kinga Pénzes head injury. Team masseur Szabolcs Burdi suffered severe lung injury and had surgery; since then, he is kept under deep anesthesia -- his condition is still critical.

Győr has a match in the Central European League against Novi Zagreb on September 28 and in November the European League matches begin. “...we have to assess the condition of the players first then, we decide on the team's fate. We want to continue...” said club manager András Fűzy.

I am sure they don't need to import players and should'nt.I loved my team but when I found out none of the palyers were from my town ect I got mad and knew I did'nt have a chance to join the team and stopped following pro sports.It's like giving automatic citizenship like in amerika to a kenyan that don't speak english to compete in the olympics and is cheating
