writes the Montreal daily.
Szegedi arrived in Montreal at the invitation of Westmount Jewish community and he was expected to give a lecture on his previous activities as the vice-President of the Jobbik party.
Other reports are suggesting that in fact, Szegedi was allowed to stay in Canada for 24 hours. He was offered the opportunity to appeal the decision of Citizenship and Immigration Canada, which takes several days. Szegedi however, decided to return to Hungary and appeal the decision from there.
