Head of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadirov

Chechen leader Ramzan Kadirov warned in an interview that wahabi terrorist cells are already in Crimea, ready for action.

"Today, I've received photographic evidence proving that these cells are already in place in the Crimean peninsula ready for action" said the Chechen leader.

"These people have brought their black flag with them indicating that their real goal is to create chaos, violence and power grab, as we have seen in Syria" said Kadirov.

The Chechen leader expressed his hope that the Crimean Muslims are aware of the dangers and the consequences of acts of terrorism in their lives, and won't let jihadists to terrorize the population.

"I asked the Crimean Muslim diaspora not to allow western intelligence agencies to recruit young people, instead help implementing the policies of the Russian Federation in their neighborhoods" said the Chechen leader.
