Jobbik President Gábor Vona has also pushed the "land protection wheelbarrow"

The Hungarian guard launched an attention grabbing protest to draw public attention to the new land law that allows foreigners to buy arable land after May 1st when the land sale moratorium expires.

The campaign was launched in Eger on Sunday by members of the Hungarian guard and supporters of the initiative. Protesters are pushing a wheelbarrow with earth in it from Eger to Budapest to raise awareness of legislators and the public about the dangers of losing the country due to the inadequacy of the land law.

Hungarian defenders of the farm land would have liked if the earth they carry has been blessed by the clergy, but the treasonous Archbishop of Eger firmly refused to bless the earth; what's more he even ordered clergyman not to get involved in the initiative due to its "political nature".

Today, Jobbik chairman Gábor Vona joined the land protection campaign and pushed the "land protection wheelbarrow" between the municipality of “Hort” and “Hatvan”.

The march expected to end in a few days at the Hungarian parliament where promoters of the march organize a rally to protest against the land law passed by the government the last year. Further details of the upcoming event will be released later.
