According to lifenews.ru, Ukrainian warplanes attacked Lugansk with cluster bombs yesterday. The attack was directed against Lugansk People's Republic office building but the bombs killed and wounded many civilians at the city's main square as well.
The exact number of casualties is not yet known but it was confirmed that at least four civilians lost their lives in the attack, including Natalia Arhipova, the minister of health of the newly formed republic of Lugansk, who celebrated her birthday the day before yesterday.
The wounded were transported to the city hospital, many of them were severely injured. It is rumored that newly elected Ukrainian President chocolate billionaire Petro Porosenko wants to produce result in the "anti-terror campaign," before his inauguration on June 7.
