Hungary struck a deal with Kazakhstan to build one hundred million dollar duck and goose processing plant

Within the framework of a $ 100 million agreement Tranzitker Zrt. will develop duck and goose breeding and processing facilities in Kazakhstan.

Starting with the maintenance of breeding stock, building hatcheries and processing plants the deal covers all aspects of goose breading and processing procedures.

The deal also includes the transfer of the necessary know-how to Kazakh Alibi Holding that cultivates half a million hectares of land in Kazakhstan read the company's statement.

As part of the deal Kazakh managers will visit Tranzitker's factories in the near future to acquire the knowledge necessary to run the operation; during the various phases of construction of the plant Hungarian experts will travel to Kazakhstan to help the implementation of all aspects of the deal.

The agreement has been signed by Tranzitker owner Miklós Szabó and the CEO of Alibi Holding Zhangeldy Mukhakhanov, during the meeting between Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán and Kazakh Prime Minister Karim Massimov on June 3, 2014.
