The Hungarian archery team won multiple gold medals at International Long Range Archery Championships in Poland

The Polish city of Borzewsko hosted this year's International Long Range Archery Championships. The Hungarian team performed exceptionally well; multiple World Champion Archer József Mónus continued his amazing winning streak by finishing on the top in two categories.

Archers competed in total of four categories: 35-50-70 lbs and unlimited. Mónus skipped the unlimited category, but he won the 50 and 70 lbs events without efforts with his home made bows and arrows winning two gold medals.

Other members of the Hungarian team also won medals. Tivadar Pozsgai in the unlimited category won gold and in the 50 lbs event won silver medal. József Szabó won a bronze medal in the unlimited category.
