Prime Minister Viktor Orbán said in the National Assembly on Monday: Hungary will continue to fight on two fronts – 1. defend the national borders and the borders of Europe, and 2. fight against "short-sighted EU policies."
Europe can't take all the ills of the world on its shoulders, "we can't feed all economic migrants" said the prime minister.
We have a dispute with Brussels, we identify different issues as problems, and we suggest different solutions, adding that in the current crisis there is a need to rethink a number of European institutional systems.
If Europe can't protect its external borders, new internal fences will pop up everywhere within the European Union he warned.
