A memorial plaque was unveiled in the Church of Homecoming honoring the victims of the 2006 police terror

In the morning of October 23, 2016 after an uplifting church service Pastor Loránt Hegedűs, MEP Dr. Krisztina Morvai, Lawyer and Human Rights Activist Dr. Tamás Gaudi-Nagy and one of the victims of the 2006 police terror László Nagy unveiled a memorial plaque dedicated to the victims of the 2016 police atrocities.

The plaque reads:


We do not forget the autumn of 2006 police terror and the mass violation of the law.

Respect for the victims and resistance fighters, contempt of those served tyranny.

We believe in the resurrection of Hungary!

The National Legal Aid Service did not forget what happened in the Autumn of 2006. It released a publication in which the authors summarized their decade-long struggle for victims' rights and for the rights of those abused as a result of the post-uprising retributions.
