Romania intimidates ethnic Hungarians - Deputy-Prime Minister Zsolt Semjén

Hungary will always stand up for persecuted ethnic Hungarians and their leaders and support the Hungarian community's struggle for survival stressed Deputy Prime Minister Zsolt Semjén in Csíkszereda on Friday, when honored four local Székely leaders with the "Külhoni Magyarság" Award.

Prime Minister Viktor Orbán honored Sepsiszentgyörgy Mayor Árpád Antal, former Mayor of Gyergyószentmiklós János Mezei, Csíkszereda Mayor Róbert Ráduly, and Csíkszereda Deputy Mayor Domokos Szőke with the "Külhoni Magyarság" Award at the the anniversary of the founding of the Hungarian state.

Romania prosecuting local government officials accusing them with corruption. But what actually happening is the intimidation of ethnic Hungarian community under the pretext of fighting corruption said Deputy-Prime Minister Zsolt Semjén.
