Hungary Pulls Out Of Open Government Partnership International Organization

Prime Minister Viktor Orbán called on the minister of foreign affairs to inform the biased liberal organization before its annual meeting on December 7 in Paris that Hungary pulls out of the organization effective immediately.

Hungary became a member of the International Organization in 2013.

According to the ministry of foreign affairs, the liberal agency regularly attacks Hungary and refuses to engage in a genuine dialogue with the government; it distorts facts and prepares one-sided reports on the country.

In its annual reports the agency parroting the views of Hungary bashing NGOs in the meantime, ignoring government's responses to those criticisms; therefore, it makes no sense to maintain Hungary's membership in this obnoxious organization that abandoned its stated objectives said the ministry of foreign affairs among other things.
