Thousands demonstrate as the Hungarian parliament passed a bill amending the Higher Education Act

Tuesday, April 4, 2017

Supporters of the Hungarophobe opposition, fifth column activists, students of the Soros University and most probably foreign assets brought in from abroad to boost the crowd, formed a human chain around the university to protest against the amendment to the Higher Education Act.

The amendment clearly states that in the future foreign funded universities that issue diplomas can operate in Hungary only if interstate agreements guarantee their operation.

Some notorious agitators also showed up in the crowd
