PM Viktor Orbán and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan discussed bilateral relations in Beijing

An overview of Hungarian-Turkish bilateral relations was the main item on the summit agenda between Prime Minister Viktor Orbán and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Saturday in Beijing - said Bertalan Havasi, head of the Prime Minister's Press Office.

Orbán and Erdogan met while attending the One Belt, One Road economic forum in Beijing on Sunday.

Soon, the renovation of Gül Baba memorial will be completed in Budapest, and President Recep Tayyip Erdogan is expected to attend the opening ceremony.

The Turkish President also invited Viktor Orbán to make an official visit to Ankara, which the Hungarian Prime Minister accepted said Havasi.
